Draw Something App is taking over

If you haven’t already noticed, then I am pretty certain you will notice very soon about the craze that is hooking everyone, (Me included) ‘Draw Something’.

Draw Something is revolutionizing the way we use our touch screen products and is one of the fastest growing Apps of all time and the hottest App on the planet at this moment, which coincides with the Adonit Jot iPad stlyus which are perfect for this app.

Draw Something achieved over 20 million downloads in the first 5 weeks of being live, which backs up the incredible craze this drawing app has created.

The game starts with yourself creating a game with either a random person, Facebook friend or contacts. The game starts by one person having the option of 3 words and picking one to draw (You earn more coins by picking harder words) and the other person trying to guess what it is they are drawing by the random letters that are given to them at the start of the round. Both players work alongside each to progress through the rounds and earn more coins.

A lot of users like myself first start out by drawing with their fingers, before realizing that working with a stylus will be easier and help you progress through the game, as stylus drawn pictures are more guessable than finger drawn pictures.

If you have used this app then you should recognize my main disadvantages below for finger drawing.

  • Finger marks/smudges all over the screen
  • Drawing less than accurate to the desired result.
  • Other parts of the hand touching the screen interrupting the drawing process.

This is just 3 main points that interrupt an otherwise great game to dwindle away any coffee break, lunch break or commute to work.
