Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Please click on the 'create an account' link at the top of the page and fill in your details. Your log in details will be emailed to you and your payment and delivery information will be stored for you to make checking out with Executive Accessories as quick and simple as possible.

How do I search for a product?

Please use the search bar at the top right hand corner of the page. All products related to your search term will drop down from the box to make searching Executive Accessories easy.

I have seen a product on the site but it no longer seems to be in stock. Will you be getting any more?

Please contact us for information on specific products which may have gone out of stock as we sometimes will stock the same product again. If you have any particular requirements please contact us, we will be happy to help.

How much is delivery?

We believe at ExecSpot.com that when you purchase on-line it arrives quickly, this is why we only use trusted FAST courier services for all customers.

We want to take the hassle out of buying on-line and deliver your item/s FAST

United Kingdom (UK) – Fully tracked or Next Day Delivery (If ordered by 3pm GMT)

If you bought a product in-store, would you wait a week to get it? Neither would we, all of our orders are sent via a fully tracked or next day courier delivery service on all orders over £15 is FREE.

All orders under <£15 will cost £1.99 for the same FAST next day UK delivery service.

European Delivery – FAST NEXT DAY* Fully Tracked Delivery Service

We do ship all orders into Europe at a flat rate of £10 for a fully tracked FAST NEXT DAY courier delivery service using TNT International. Once your order has been dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number to FULLY track your order.

Rest of the World – FAST Fully Tracked Delivery Service

We do ship all over the world. Delivery to international destinations typically takes around 5-10 days, we use FULLY tracked courier services to make sure you know where your order is on its journey to you. In some cases we will send items using the via UK International Royal Mail service, if a courier option is not viable, you will be informed of this on delivery, this service is also tracked by the Royal Mail using your in country postal service.

Our Delivery Service

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a notification email containing your unique tracking number. Please click on the tracking number to check the status of your order online.

On the morning of the delivery we will send you another email that will provide you with an estimated time of arrival, within 1 hour. If inconvenient ,you may choose an alternative date for delivery by following the instructions provided by the courier (UK only), European/Worldwide customers will be able to track their order on line.

Business Operation

We endeavor to dispatch items ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same day, all our items are sent via DPD on a next working day service. Items ordered after this time will be sent out the next working day. Please note we do not dispatch or deliver items on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. As all of our products are carefully selected from various suppliers, it can occur that customers ordering multiple items will be given the option to receive their order in one package, or in separate deliveries as and when the items are ready to be sent out.

Notes:
1. The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only ExecSpot are not responsible if this varies.

2. All deliveries will require a signature on receipt, unless stated in your dispatch email.

3. In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.

4. Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers, it is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings. Deliveries are normally work days of the week, excluding bank holidays.

5. When signing for a delivery you are accepting the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.

6. If goods are returned to ExecSpot because of a failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is not refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send goods.

7. Missing or delayed items: We will always work with our couriers to resolve any issues that may arrive.

8. All transactions will be subject to UK VAT. You are advised to place orders with a shipping destination outside of the EU using the above shipping options (which also operate within some non-EU territories e.g. Jersey & Guernsey – VAT-free zones outside of normal UK and CE trade tariffs); in doing so you agree to accept the VAT levied against your purchase.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Orders sent outside of the European Community
All orders sent outside of the UK and EU are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and may be subject to local customs import duty which is charged on the value of the purchase. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer. For example, customs duty must be paid on all orders over $300 when shipped to the United States.
Payment of the duty charge is necessary for the release of your order from customs on arrival to your country.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Refusal to pay charges – Returns Policy
If you refuse to pay the any import duty levied against your shipment, resulting in the shipment being returned to ExecSpot, then all related returns charges plus a minimum administration charge of £5.00 (or equivalent currency at current exchange rate) will be charged against your final refund amount.

Help with your Order and Returns

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Your order can be changed up until it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel your order. Unfortunately, once the item has been dispatched we are unable to cancel the order, and you will have to return the item and incur any additional shipping costs. Please note that orders which have additional engraving are non-refundable and we cannot accept cancellations after 1 hour of the order being placed.

Has my order been shipped?

You can track the status of your order on the 'order status' link under 'My Account'

How do I return a product?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

Have you received my returned item?

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

I have received the wrong item/s, what should I do?

If you have received the wrong order, please notify us on orders@executive-accessories.co.uk as soon as you have received it.

I have not received my order

If you have not received your standard delivery item within 5 working days, please check that you have not received a Royal Mail attempted delivery card, and also check in all possible locations around your delivery address that it could have been left. We do advise that delivery could take up to 15 working days, however if you still have not received it then please contact us.

General Queries

Do you do gift wrapping?

We do offer gift wrapping at an additional cost, depending on the item you have ordered. Please see our gift wrapping page for further information.

Do you do gift vouchers?

We offer gift certificates for any amount you wish up to £1000.00, to be emailed to the person you wish to buy a gift certificate for complete with a personal message. Please click here to purchase a gift certificate.

Do you have a shop?

Executive Accessories are an online retailer only. We do not have a retail outlet as this means that we can offer our online customers great value for money on luxury products.

We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you specifically knowingly provide it.
