How much is delivery?
If you bought a product in-store, would you wait a week to get it? Neither would we, all of our orders are sent via DPD on a next day service for just £4.99 Delivery on all orders over £100 is free. Orders under £100 will cost £4.99 for DPD next day UK delivery (EXCLUDING Northern Ireland).
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We do ship all over the world at a flat rate of £10. Delivery to international destinations typically takes around 1-2 weeks but can take up to 4 depending on location. Most deliveries inside the EU will be delivered via Courier on 2-4 day service except certain countries such Greece and Cyprus. International deliveries outside the EU are handled via Royal Mail.
When will I receive my standard delivery item?
We endeavour to dispatch items ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same day, all our items are sent via DPD on a next working day service. Items ordered after this time will be sent out the next working day. Please note we do not dispatch or deliver items on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. As all of our products are carefully selected from various suppliers, it can occur that customers ordering multiple items will be given the option to receive their order in one package, or in separate deliveries as and when the items are ready to be sent out.
Do you offer next day delivery?
All of our UK orders are sent via DPD on a next working day service. We believe our customers deserve to have their order the next day and have teamed up with DPD to provide that at just £4.99, no matter how much you order. Add a few more items to your basket and orders over £100 are shipped absolutely free on a next working day service.
Our Delivery Service
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a notification email containing your unique tracking number. Please click on the tracking number to check the status of your order online.
On the morning of the delivery we will send you another email that will provide you with an estimated time of arrival, within 1 hour. If inconvenient you may choose an alternative date for delivery by following the instructions provided.
If you gave us your mobile phone number when you placed your order we will also send you an SMS txt message on the delivery morning. You will also be able to choose a different delivery day by txting back.†
† SMS txt notification applies to mainland UK only and therefore excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands.
Your order can be changed up until it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel your order. Unfortunately, once the item has been dispatched we are unable to cancel the order, and you will have to return the item and incur any additional shipping costs. Please note that orders which have additional engraving are non-refundable and we cannot accept cancellations after 1 hour of the order being placed.
You can track the status of your order on the 'order status' link under 'My Account'
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you have received the wrong order, please notify us on orders@executive-accessories.co.uk as soon as you have received it.
If you have not received your standard delivery item within 5 working days, please check that you have not received a Royal Mail attempted delivery card, and also check in all possible locations around your delivery address that it could have been left. We do advise that delivery could take up to 15 working days, however if you still have not received it then please contact us.
We do offer gift wrapping at an additional cost, depending on the item you have ordered. Please see our gift wrapping page for further information.
We offer gift certificates for any amount you wish up to £1000.00, to be emailed to the person you wish to buy a gift certificate for complete with a personal message. Please click here to purchase a gift certificate.
Executive Accessories are an online retailer only. We do not have a retail outlet as this means that we can offer our online customers great value for money on luxury products.
