You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will, in certain circumastances refund your return postage cost upto a maximum value of £10.

If you need to return an item, simply send an email to hello@execspot.com with your order number, reason for return and outcome you would like (refund, exchange or store credit).

Delivery 

We endeavor to post out all items within 24 hours of receipt of the order (Monday to Thursday) All items are sent via Royal Mail first class delivery(with the exception of Rain Design, Twelve South and Booq products which will be sent via UPS), for dellivery within 3 to 5 days. Please allow 10 days for delivery before contacting us. If you require any items to be sent for next day delivery, we may be able to accomodate, so please contact us on 0845 073 3331 before 12pm on the day before you need the item.
